We have released our own original playlist on Spotify, which will expand the worldview of our hotel and our anniversary year.
Our lineup features music from records displayed on our Records Wall,
and allows anyone to enjoy our playlist and seasonal themes anywhere they like,
with tunes selected by a series of different record shops that change each season.
We hope people can enjoy this as a soundtrack to bring a part of a comfortable GROOVE into their hotel stay or their daily lives.
In celebration of its first anniversary, HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU is excited to present "GROOVE MUSIC",
a project that connects
the hotel and the town through music. It features 10 records from each of the five record shops in Shinjuku, each based on a theme
related to the season, with 'Celebration' being the overarching theme.
Located on the 17th floor, JAM17 DINING & BAR is the intersection between TOKYU KABUKICHO TOWER’s entertainment and hotel floors. Displayed on the record wall leading to the restaurant are analog LPs selected by five artists with ties to Shinjuku. Here you can learn more about those artists and the records they chose.
