Berry Very Berrilicious!

JAM17 DINING & BAR will be holding the “Berry Very Berrilicious!” event from 16 January to 28 February, 2025, during which you can enjoy seasonal strawberries.
JAM17 DINING will offer a menu of sweets and drinks made with an abundance of strawberries that make the most of the fruit’s fresh flavor and cute appearance.
JAM17 BAR will offer two original strawberry cocktails, while JAM17 GELATERIA, in addition to strawberry gelato, will have a variety of strawberry sweets available for you to take home and enjoy, including pound cake and a danish pastry.

Jam’s Parfait (Strawberry milk)
Perched atop the glass is a giant cube-shaped strawberry containing mousse filled with fresh strawberries, while inside are alternating layers of blancmange, fresh cream, fresh strawberries and strawberry sorbet that fuse together to create an exquisite variety of sweet and tart textures.

Burrata Cheese & Strawberry French Toast
A dessert resembling a Caprese salad, a classic Italian starter dish. Pieces of croissant toast, rich with the fragrance of high-quality butter, are coated in an egg mixture containing pumpkin paste as a secret ingredient to impart a depth of flavor. Topped with strawberries marinated in white balsamic vinegar and burrata cheese and presented with a side of roasted nuts that have been soaked in maple syrup. Served piping hot in a heated dish for your enjoyment.

Strawberry Drop (Strawberry mousse and white chocolate sauce served with strawberry milk)
Enjoy the harmony of white chocolate perfectly paired with the sweet tartness of strawberries in this dessert that captures the instant a strawberry drops into milk. Both white chocolate and white chocolate sauce are used to portray a splash of milk on a base of raspberry coated strawberry mousse. Includes a mini bottle of strawberry milk sauce made to appear like strawberry-flavored milk.

Mixology Basket
Inspired by strawberry picking, this mocktail remains true to its inspiration by using only fresh fruit and juice without any syrup. Raspberries, cranberries and other berry fruits together with vinegar and soda water give this drink a sweet, tart and refreshing taste.

Aromatic Sangria
A low-alcohol cocktail with cinnamon and other spices, vinegar and strawberries mixed in red wine and given a finishing touch with Angostura bitters.

Strawberry Jamspot
A variation on hot wine enjoyed at lighthearted gatherings during the cold of winter. Enveloped in its sweet and spicy fragrance, you can tailor the relaxing flavor of this cocktail by mixing in as much or as little of the strawberry jam sunk at the bottom of the glass as you desire.


tbh Strawberry
A variation on the Cosmopolitan with a black tea-flavored vodka base and strawberries. The name of this drink combines the meaning of the Cosmopolitan in Japanese cocktail language, “gorgeous,” with “strawberry,” slang in Thailand for a lying woman, and “tbh” (the abbreviation for “to be honest”) to give it a totally opposite meaning.
